Hi! I'm Liza

I'm a Bilingual Therapist and Coach.

I am a bilingual and multiculturally sensitive counselor and coach. While I currently live in Denver, Colorado with my family, I was born and raised in Puerto Rico.  I have experience working in community mental health settings with a diverse population with a wide range of diagnoses.  

I earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Communications and Theater from Universidad del Sagrado Corazon.

Personal and professional experiences helped me to gain deeper understanding about complex mental health issues, and human development in general.  Working with humans when they feel most vulnerable and raw is an honor to me that I embrace with genuine care, respect, and openness.  I believe in promoting one’s inner resources, resiliency, and power.  While mental health and personal growth and development is one of my passions, I also enjoy performing and singing. I am passionate about connecting with others with zest and embracing life fully.
